I was in the Painesville/Mentor area for work and asked a coworker if he knew a good dealership to work with., he gave me Nicks number and said this guy will take care of you. He was right, I called Nick, told him what I wanted, where I wanted to be with a payment and explained what had happened with the other dealerships I had been talking to. Nick said "I am going make this happen for you" and he did. I feel Nick worked very hard and gave me the best deal he could to get me in the car my wife and I wanted and the payment we wanted.
