Make sure you get the keys. Overall experience was very good but when I took delivery there was only 1 key with the promise that the second would be mailed. Really I just spent a ton of money and the dealer can’t cover postage for the key they did not have available at the time of delivery. Postage was only a buck but it is the principal of treating a customer like that. More

He didn't give an out-for-himself sales vibe like I've gotten from other dealerships in the past. He did genuinely care about treating us right. He listened to our concerns and even after the sale, we plan to stay in communication with him. He is very helpful in answering questions and very quick with responses when he says he will be. I'm the type of person to walk in and walk out if I don't have the right vibe. Well, needless to say... we are already returning customers and plan to be again. Nick was fun to talk to and very professional. He related to us on a genuine personal level and that is something very rare in sales. And let me talk about the financing process! Al and Jim were absolutely phenomenal at what they do. They worked in conjunction to make it a speedy process with consideration to our concerns with our budget. Inquired...then...Approved!!! I went to this dealership to see if I could be approved for financing through capital one 01/30/2018. After a six hour wait and communicating with my I went to this dealership to see if I could be approved for financing through capital one 01/30/2018. After a six hour wait and communicating with my salesman about what I wanted in a vehicle and so forth...I ended up being approved. I wasn't able to do a 30day credit on my deposit so my financing manager gave me great news that he would hold my deal til my deposit money came. So on 02/24/18 I was able to get my brand new 2017 Fiat 500x FWD. Happy. More
