Todd fits the bill and made himself available to speak with me, even on his day off and after hours. After a six and a half hour drive from my small town in North Carolina, I was honestly and pleasantly surprised at how welcoming and friendly the entire staff was and the dealership had that "small town feel", which is very nice! The entire staff at Ganley Village Dodge Jeep Ram was helpful and very approachable. The guys and gals all had great attitudes and seemed to really enjoy providing excellent customer service. Dodge, Please take note of my review. You have a great team at Ganley Dodge and that is becoming more and more something of the past. I will never go anywhere else!!!! Justin immediately said he would FIND ME MY JEEP!!!! The very next day he called and said "I found it"... he sounded as excited as I felt!!! Usually buying a vehicle is long and difficult.. this process was fun and there was no pressure or haggling... Al in finance also made the experience quick and painless... Bob Julius also went out of his way to make us feel like part of the family.. I highly highly recommend Ganley to anyone looking for a vehicle!!!! More

Dave M. was great to work with and made a personal connection rather than just a strict salesperson to customer approach. The sales and finance teams were able to achieve the payments I was looking for and did not drag out the waiting and financing process as many other dealerships have a tendency to do. This is my second vehicle purchase/lease from a Ganley dealership and I will continue to look there first in the future. More
