Excellent sales work by Alauddin who sent additional photos of the vehicle early in the morning after my inquiry late the previous night. The staff was super unprofessional. I ordered the car from there and the sales person Aladin didn’t know anything as he puts me on hold all the time as he needs to cross check things wi I ordered the car from there and the sales person Aladin didn’t know anything as he puts me on hold all the time as he needs to cross check things with Ivan, I’m supposing he’s the manager of the store. Buying the car from this dealership was a horrible experience and this is something I will never recommend to someone I know. Even when my car arrives, the sales person called me to pickup the car, I went to the dealership around 1 pm and came back home around 9pm like 8 hours is wayyyy too much for all the paperwork and polishing car like complete waste of my time. I wish I can give 0 star for the customer service provided, such a complex process More
