when I purchased the auto for Kia east my main concern was that I needed a cat 3 hitch. I was assured the sportage would support one however, your parts department could not get one for me. it took me was that I needed a cat 3 hitch. I was assured the sportage would support one however, your parts department could not get one for me. it took me several weeks to locate one. hopefully, the one that i found will work. but I have my doubts. I don't think I will buy another Kia from You. don't have a warn and fuzzy feeling dealing with you. More

I was never introduced to Alan so I can't speak to my experience with him, but overall had a poor experience at this site. I must have been approached at least 3 times to buy a new car while mine was get experience with him, but overall had a poor experience at this site. I must have been approached at least 3 times to buy a new car while mine was getting serviced (I was only there for pick up and drop off). One time even shouted at as I was walking away. I was called by some external glass guy. Not sure why he was given my number or access to my car as he was not an employee of Kia. Additionally the service inspection videos I received provided no explanation or context for what needed to be done. When I came to collect my car help was minimal. Redirected to different desks twice to just pay for services and then pointed in a general direction to collect my car. Even though there were several service employees around that could have helped. When I got to my car, it was blocked in by another and there was a device the technical still had plugged into my car they forgot to take out after updates were done. I only visited because I had a coupon to get my car serviced but this solidified that I will not be taking my car back to this location to be serviced again. More

Fin kept me informed and the drive battery replacement was faster than expected. Only problem was after I picked up the car 30 miles later a warning came on saying coolant was low. Returned later that day was faster than expected. Only problem was after I picked up the car 30 miles later a warning came on saying coolant was low. I did not receive any communication on progress from the dealership, I had to call Sean multiple times and many times couldn't get ahold of him to get updates, received a message I had to pay 900 when all t dealership, I had to call Sean multiple times and many times couldn't get ahold of him to get updates, received a message I had to pay 900 when all the parts were on warranty. Overall very bad experience More
