I never had an Audi till this year. I do have experience with BMW and Mercedes, and I would have to say Audi has been my easiest and best experience for maintenance. Alan C. has to be the best guy, made it with BMW and Mercedes, and I would have to say Audi has been my easiest and best experience for maintenance. Alan C. has to be the best guy, made it so easy and kept giving me an update on my vehicle. Such a sweet and caring guy, and from now on I will definitely only be calling him for any of my issues regarding my car. He is the best:) More
