We had been in the market for a used Subaru Forester for a while. I saw a 2009 model pop up on Bob Wade's website. With a couple of clicks and just a few minutes later, Alan Click had gotten in contact wi a while. I saw a 2009 model pop up on Bob Wade's website. With a couple of clicks and just a few minutes later, Alan Click had gotten in contact with me and scheduled an appointment for us to come in that evening to look at the car. My husband is a mechanic and always wants to see a car on the lift. Alan said, we have the car in the shop and we'll just leave it on the lift for you when you come! Alan went out of his way to make sure the car was prepped and ready to go when we expected. The buying process was by far the simplest (and quickest) I have ever had. Not only did Alan help us with the sale but he has been in touch after the sale to be sure everything is satisfactory. Bob Wade Subaru has been a great group of people to deal with and I would highly recommend them! More

I came to Bob Wade with high expectations and low credit. His superb attention to detail and knowledge from the start of the process to the finish was reassuring. I was purchasing my vehicle over the internet which can be somewhat daunting. Alan ensured that I had all the pictures and information I needed to make an informed decision on my purchase. He was willing to help in anyway possible. Hands down, best experience ever! Held true to everything they said and more! They gave us a loner car for 3weeks so we could ensure keeping the most value for my trade in car.
