Alan Click and crew at Bob Wade are fantastic! Alan worked with me over the phone for a few hours to put together a very easy buying experience. I drove 2 hours north to complete the transaction a Alan worked with me over the phone for a few hours to put together a very easy buying experience. I drove 2 hours north to complete the transaction and he and everyone at the dealership bent over backwards to help me out. I was able to obtain the Lexus at a very reasonable price and he is even having the vehicle sent for a recall in Richmond and then hand delivered down to Roanoke...What a guy! I will be recommending anyone and everyone I know to talk to you about any and all car purchases moving forward. I highly recommend not only Alan but the entire crew at the dealership. Great guy.... frustrating company! Alan was great! He made buying a car easy and fun! He’s got a great personality and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent car buying experience! My wife and I just bought a used car from Bob Wade. I had never met Alan but could tell from the very beginning that he was a normal down to earth gu My wife and I just bought a used car from Bob Wade. I had never met Alan but could tell from the very beginning that he was a normal down to earth guy. In today's auto dealer world, this means a lot. He made us feel like there was no pressure to buy and didn't try some gimmicky way to make a sale. Thank you Alan! I look forward to dealing with Alan again in the future! More

Wonderful experience with Bob Wade Auto World!!!! I dealt with Alan Click for my whole experience. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about him.
