The entire team at the Gateway Nissan dealership was compassionate and helpful with my unique situation. I unintentionally created a mess when submitting a payoff amount via the Nissan Finance website f compassionate and helpful with my unique situation. I unintentionally created a mess when submitting a payoff amount via the Nissan Finance website for a vehicle leased by my late husband. I received a call from the Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation Lease Maturity division that was unprofessional and cruel; an interaction that left me in tears and at a loss for how to proceed. Fortunately, I was treated with kindness and understanding from the moment I arrived at the Gateway Nissan dealership in Fargo, North Dakota. Despite "nothing in it for them", they spent several hours sorting out the situation to reach a final resolution. I am so grateful to everyone who selflessly assisted. More
