I have always been successful by living by this one rule “Take care of the customer” I got into the car business in November 2015 and I closed 2016 as one of the top performers here with Toyota of Cool Springs. My goal is to provide you with 100% Customer satisfaction while building a loyal client base for myself. I came into your showroom like a dove with a broken wing. The day before I had totaled my truck after sliding on some black ice. In an instant, my dear 2006 Tacoma was smashed face first into a concrete wall and was hauled off on a wrecker-not the way I wanted to part with it- it was almost 15 years to the day that I had purchased it brand new. I had established contact with Alan after submitting a request in our employee portal (Anthem) and he was there to scoop me up and get me back on the road. I thought I wanted the Nightshade edition at first, but then switched to an SR5 premium. Alan located the vehicle that I really wanted and the process was smooth from there. I didn't see Fred's name (finance) to give him a kudos, so please share this with him also. Thank you again for the wonderful service. I'll be seeing you for all my regular maintenance in the future!

Alan Richardson did a super job getting us into our new Toyota Tacoma. I guess that's why his nickname is the "Superman!" But, seriously, he was so helpful and diligent about getting us the deal we asked f Toyota Tacoma. I guess that's why his nickname is the "Superman!"
