I just love customer service. My Sale Advisors was very friendly and accommodating. After slashing half of my tires on a pothole early in the morning, Mercedes Benz make my day re My Sale Advisors was very friendly and accommodating. After slashing half of my tires on a pothole early in the morning, Mercedes Benz make my day rescuing me with road service. The towing was delivered in the time frame and service in my car as well. I just wish they had health snacks on the launch area. More

I My service person Micheal was great it was the situation and distraction and of waiting 1 hour to be told of having to pay $735 for a misplaced loaner key , in which Michael helped me get that ref situation and distraction and of waiting 1 hour to be told of having to pay $735 for a misplaced loaner key , in which Michael helped me get that refunded when I did return it 2 days later. The loaner I used I didn’t like but one of the service tech person I told what I didn’t like about the GLA250 was not inherent to model it was most likely a technical mechanical problem on when shifting into gear it took a few seconds to move & when it did it jumps forward due to pressing accelerator the other fault was reverse same issue and it would not let me go any faster than walking speed in reverse. Overall. I’m sorry I let my frustration over $735 key get the best of me. The loaner turns out was just a problem and not design. I have had nothing but great service every time I take my SUV for service and on multiple occasions Micheal has been great making process smooth & easy . More

On January 28 (Saturday), I had a leaking right rear tire as I was trying to travel to a funeral. I came to the dealership, which was quite busy, and explained to Albert B. the tire problem and the fact tha as I was trying to travel to a funeral. I came to the dealership, which was quite busy, and explained to Albert B. the tire problem and the fact that I needed to attend a funeral which was scheduled to begin in two hours. Albert was terrific; he said the service department would review immediately and either fix the tire within 1 hour or he would arrange for me to get a loaner car so I could attend the funeral. The service department actually replaced the tire and Albert sent me to the funeral within 1 hour of arriving at the dealership. Albert did a great job under difficult time pressure. More
