Amazing experience again! José Del Solar is the only man I will buy cars from as long as I purchase a Car. He is a true gentleman, Jose keeps to his word and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service to his customers. This is the second Toyota I have bought from Jose and Longo toyota. Both transactions have been the best car buying experience I have ever had. Both times I emailed then called Jose, After answering all my questions he found exactly what I was looking for, from their massive inventory and he gave me the best price around, There was no haggling, no games, I didn’t have to wait for him to get his manager or “see what he could do”, best price right off the bat. After driving two hours to the dealership I showed up the car was ready, everything was as promised, we signed papers and I was on my way. This last time I had an incident with the vehicle. I called Jose and he instructed me to bring it down the next day. When I got there the service writer said he doubted that the incident would be covered under the warranty. José spoke to his supervisor and he and Longo Toyota covered the entire bill and paid for my rental. José Del Solar, his manager and Longo Toyota went above and beyond. I will advise anyone I know who is looking at buying a car to go see Jose at Longo Toyota before they go anywhere else. They have a customer for life and a raving fan.
