Quick fix to factory recall They were friendly and helpful. Service was very quick, they were done just after their AWESOME shuttle service dropped us off for lunch. Oil Change We brought out Prius in for an oil change, and when we got back to our car we noticed that the vehicle was still running. It is so easy to leave t We brought out Prius in for an oil change, and when we got back to our car we noticed that the vehicle was still running. It is so easy to leave the Prius running as it is so quiet, I'm guilty of doing that too, but my concern is if we had dropped the vehicle off to return later it could have been stolen. I would have gone back in but the room was filled with people, I just didnt want to make a scene, Thanks, Sue More
