Service reps make it sound like you need their service but the mechanics don’t fix anything. I was told my air conditioning unit was an enclosed system but after evacuating and filling they did not find a but the mechanics don’t fix anything. I was told my air conditioning unit was an enclosed system but after evacuating and filling they did not find a leak. So if system is enclosed where did my Freon go? Why didn’t they fix the leak? I could have added more Freon without a$350 bill. At my oil change I told them my 12 volt charging units for a cell phone didn’t work, the mechanic that did the oil change said they looked fine and didn’t even check the fuses which the guy at the service desk changed for me. Earlier when I was asking about an appointment for an oil change Francisco said I could have a 30% discount and a week later the service desk didn’t honor it. Very disappointed in this dealership More
