CAUTION! Don’t buy your vehicle or tires at Toyota lithia. First off, I purchased a $70,000 vehicle and added wheels, tires and lift kit into my agreement, upon arrival of the parts they had started installing the parts had my truck up on a lift, and then told me they would not move forward, unless I signed a waiver to Void my factory warranty in which I paid for a platinum warranty on top of the already warranted truck. They put improper replacement tires on wheels and act as if this is normal when Les Schwab documented and told me otherwise. They will drag warranties out and waste extensive amounts of time and energy involved with replacements and put incorrect tires on your vehicle “view photos” putting 10 inch AT tires on. 12” MT wheel and state that it’s normal to have your rim protrude an inch past your tire. Rendering me to be cautious around curbs and parking lots and send you on your way. They will not balance your tires without additional fees. They do not feel that is part of normal tire maintenance. Also they curb checked my tire and damaged my wheel and would not take responsibility for their actions. As if a customer should over look the damages and have ongoing fees because they bought the tires from Lithia. I reached out to Lithia’s corporate office and they will do nothing because the dealerships are independently owned. “In essence they have no authority.” Corporate sent me right back to Juan Maldonado the manager for lithia Toyota and other lithia locations in Klamath that I had already been dealing with and found No resolution. Juan acted as if he did me a favor putting incorrect tires on my truck and damaging my wheel and had a little to no respect for my emails and communications, when I originally asked him for correct replacement tires, and submitted a quote from Les Schwab and then treated me as if I was fabricating a story and ultimately made me feel unwelcome and mistreated. Then after several months of lost time at work, extensive emails, travel and associated expenses, coordinating to get the situation dealt with. I submitted an invoice for my time and expenses invested which was not acknowledged. Juan Maldonado told me he would call me the next day and never returned my call and wrote me off as a return customer after buying multiple vehicles through Lithia in the past. Horrible customer service! Buy from a different location and hold firm to your gut feeling. I will not do business with Lithia in the future as to the fact I feel I can not trust them. Also I would disregard Managements response to my review, and other similar review complaints as they are professionals at deflecting the way they treated their customers and try to act as if they would like to remedy the situation, When in fact they never honor what they say and will treat you horribly and Jaun will fabricate lies to avoid resolution. Out of 48 years of purchasing new vehicles this was the worst experience my wife and I ever experienced. We purchased this vehicle remotely from home, understanding this was tough since we were unable to worst experience my wife and I ever experienced. We purchased this vehicle remotely from home, understanding this was tough since we were unable to travel due to health issues. The salesperson was quick in wanting our 2021 Toyota Tundra Limited with very low mileage. Offered several thousand under Carmax's offer. Claimed they don't mark-up vehicles and claimed they offered the discounted benefit to their customers. First hint honesty was lacking since their preowned vehicles didn't reflect that line of xx. When we opted to use Carmax his tone drastically changed. I had asked several times that both the salesperson and finance manager address my wife since she handles all the bills in our household. She never felt so discriminated against in her entire life. Majority of the time they would ignore her or not copy her on texts, emails, or placing calls. Then when it came to obtaining a small amount of financing the salesperson was very disappointed we would not use their local credit union for double the percentage rate then our credit union we were members of for 30 years. Thankfully they did accept a 500 dollar deposit so we felt relatively safe the vehicle wouldn't be sold out from under us. Then the next round of attitude we were faced with was those extra options we chose not to enroll in. The salesperson became quite irate when I opted out of the lifetime oil offer, especially since I had to use a Lithia service location. I have even a larger list of complaints associated with this purchase. The bright spot was we got the vehicle we wanted, and it was delivered by an employee (Ted) from the dealership that had a wonderful customer service attitude. More
