When my ordered 2021 Audi arrived at the Dealer I felt that there had been a slight communication difference in regards to the sunroof. Within two days Albert reached out to me to listen to my concerns, and proposed a more than adequate solution to the problem. When Ashley delivered my vehicle to me, she spent a considerable amount of time explaining many of the technological features of the car to which I was not accustomed. Her patience and friendly demeanor were greatly appreciated. Albert and his team do not forget about the customer once the sale is made. I would highly recommend Bell Audi to anyone looking to purchase an Audi. More

BUYERS BEWARE!!! This dealership is the absolute WORST and will leave you with a car that your making payments on but cant register or drive it! The dealer will keep you completely in the dark as to your and will leave you with a car that your making payments on but cant register or drive it! The dealer will keep you completely in the dark as to your cars current ownership status and will treat your lending institution the same exact way. I purchased my car from them 10 months ago and now the dealer plate, registration and inspection have all expired. Audi refuses to transfer the title's lien status from their name to my lending institutions name resulting in me being unable to register the car. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER!!!! More
