There are not enough adjectives: Detailed, Polite, Courteous, Customer Focused, Mercedes Knowledge, and so many others. We look forward to the experience each time our two Mercedes cars are managed and serviced by Adam. Can’t say that with Range Rover or any of the other high end cars we’ve had serviced. Truly a remarkable young man and both my wife and I give him high ratings: 10 out of 10. Imagine we are residents of Coral Gables and instead of taking our MB vehicles to that location we rather go to the Cutler Bay location because of Adam’s overall Customer focus.
