Hello, Tim Dang, Sales Manager here, I am embarrassed that you feel negative about your purchase at our dealership. I am so sorry about your less than five star experience with our Honda dealership. As the first Honda Car dealership in America opening in 1970 our team has always been proud of the depth of our owner base and our successful goal of making our customers happy with their sales and service experience. We all work hard to have a 5 star rating but sometimes we miss the mark and for that you have my apologizes. I am sorry we let you down. As you might see if you look at the over 5000 reviews for Manly Honda most of our customers are very satisfied with us and we work hard for those with issues to earn a better rating. Wither it's a $30,000 car investment or a $30.00 part from my parts department we work hard at training my team members to be respectful and honest. I'm again sorry that we only measured up to a 1 star dealer for you but am most sorry that you have negative feelings about doing business with our team. I'm not sure what you can do to repair the damage. Just to know we drove down from the bay area that morning to be there at 9AM. We didn't see that the service department was busy at all. I don't get why the vehicle I purchased was not detailed or even just vacuumed and wiped down. I had asked AJ to have it done because there was sticky gum like stuff on the seat. Can you feel my pain? I purchased the Zurich and AJ said it was going to be applied while we did paperwork and waited for a while. And it never got done but AJ said it was done. Now I have to schedule with a person to get it done after the fact. My mind is totally blown that it didn't get done when it should have. AJ insisted I let someone come pick up my vehicle and give me a loaner to take back to your place to get it done. That would be putting miles on my vehicle that I just purchased. That is not fair at all! I hate the fact that I was lied to. And there is nothing that you are all doing to fix the situation. Yes, I will have someone come to me to do what should have been done but that is nothing. That is owed to me. Tell me how you can compensate me? I put down $20,000 down on this vehicle. I could have went anywhere and I chose your dealership because I thought I was going to get a good deal and customer service! Customer Service goes a long way. And I feel like I've been robbed of my time and money!
