Once we signed the deal, I was passed over to Dave Sambad, who continued on with closing the paperwork. I told him I had a bad experience with extended waranty with my past Honda and was not interested, but left with getting the xxxx extension. Only time will tell if I threw my money away, but we feel good about buying new car from Manly. More

They both welcomed my husband and I and answered all of our questions and addressed my concerns. I asked for a couple of things to be done upon arrival. Without a doubt it was done! We appreciate and will refer family and friends to Manly Honda of Sant Rosa to get the best of the best. Purchase of a vehicle. This has got to be the worst experience I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle!!!!! The expectations I had for this facility was very high! But afte This has got to be the worst experience I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle!!!!! The expectations I had for this facility was very high! But after all paperwork was signed and hours of waiting, I was tired. I had a 2 or more hour drive ahead of me. I didn't have the energy to argue with anyone about the way I received the vehicle I just purchased. It is a $45,000 dollar suv. It was filthy no cleaned one bit. I purchased the Zurich for an extra $1000 dollars that was not applied. I would've never known if the service department didn't call me to schedule the appointment. I was told by our sales person that it was getting done and we had to wait for the vehicle. I'm still dealing with setting up a time and date to get it done. I have never ever dealt with such an issue. I made a huge mistake purchasing a vehicle from Manly Honda!!!!!! I wish I could return the vehicle and start somewhere fresh. More
