Purchase of a vehicle. This has got to be the worst experience I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle!!!!! The expectations I had for this facility was very high! But after all paperwork was signed and hours of waiting, I was tired. I had a 2 or more hour drive ahead of me. I didn't have the energy to argue with anyone about the way I received the vehicle I just purchased. It is a $45,000 dollar suv. It was filthy no cleaned one bit. I purchased the Zurich for an extra $1000 dollars that was not applied. I would've never known if the service department didn't call me to schedule the appointment. I was told by our sales person that it was getting done and we had to wait for the vehicle. I'm still dealing with setting up a time and date to get it done. I have never ever dealt with such an issue. I made a huge mistake purchasing a vehicle from Manly Honda!!!!!! I wish I could return the vehicle and start somewhere fresh. More

Attention to detail with super friendly service I have now purchased five cars from Manly, where I also have my cars serviced. For the purchase of my last car in December of 2018, I did not get a go I have now purchased five cars from Manly, where I also have my cars serviced. For the purchase of my last car in December of 2018, I did not get a good vibe from the first salesman I spoke to, so I left. I was lucky to work with AJ for round two. AJ made the buying experience as smooth and quick as it could be, going out of his way to bring the car to me for a test drive and handling much of the paperwork behind the scenes so that I did not have to. He was charming and calm throughout. And Bob Bradbury in parts is the kindest, most thoughtful individual one could hope for during a car crisis. In fact, everyone in parts and service has been spectacular. Whenever I play with the idea of leaving the Honda family, I consider losing the service I receive at Manly and start planning again for my next Honda. More
