A better alone rate offered through a local credit union vs. amount I pre-qualified for with USAA. Felt like I was dealing with friends. My used 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid was detailed, filled with gas, and ready for me to drive away. Whole process took less than 3 hours---which if you've bought a car before, you know is fast. Entire dealership had a good vibe. People seemed to be happy & well-trained. More
