Over charges for parts that cost $50 dollars. They want $1400 to do the job then lowered it to 1000. Very arrogant even though they are ripping people off. Management is very deceiving, especially when dealing with an issue that needed to be fixed with my vehicle. They did not fix the problem with my brand new vehicle that I now can say was manipulated into with an issue that needed to be fixed with my vehicle. Where do I even begin. This has been by far the best experience I have ever had at any Nissan or car service department/body shop in general. I am not from California but I This has been by far the best experience I have ever had at any Nissan or car service department/body shop in general. I am not from California but I had an emergency issue with my car when I drove out here (I accidentally put diesel in my car, yes I know that’s stupid) Yvonne was so kind, understanding, and supportive throughout the whole process. Albert was the mechanic who worked directly with my car and did such a thorough job and even explained everything to me in such a nice way. I feel so dumb for putting diesel in my car but hey it found me literally the best Nissan dealership/service department I’ve ever stepped foot in. This place is AWESOME seriously. They will treat you like family. Yvonne and Albert you are the MVPs :) Thank you!! More
