Jodie took me on a test drive two days before, no pressure, no heavy handed sales tactics. My husband was dealing with the numbers, (with Kerry) but the car is for me. I just wanted to see if I liked it and he respected that. Most of the deal was handled on the phone, finalizing numbers for lease, amount for trade in etc. We were in and out in 2 hours. (Thanks Alberto) We had a couple of discrepancies in the agreed upon numbers, but all was worked out to our satisfaction. We had actually contacted Midlands Honda because they are much closer to us, but did not hear from them at all until we were driving our new CRV home yesterday. 4 days after we had asked them online to contact us. I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted with a great interest rate, much better than my credit union was offering. The business manager, Al Tejada, was also pleasant and professional. My first request was for a Spanish speaking sales representative, and he was there in less than two minutes. A young, fully bilingual and well educated salesman took into consideration every one of my questions. He even tried to get the color that I wanted. Then, the business manager was a great surpirse, another wonderful, fully bilingual person. Close to my 60th birthday, I've been a Honda faithful client since my early 20's, however, after an awful experience with Midlands Honda of South Carolina, other brands were coming to mind. When driving through Honda of Columbia yesterday, I decidedmto give Honda another opportunity. Today I am sure that I did the right thing! More

I had to wait about two weeks for the trim I wanted, but the two gentlemen kept in touch with me during this time. The details regarding the price were set before I actually went to the dealership, and they kept their promise. Mr. Alberto Tejada took care of the paperwork process quickly and answered all our questions. The day we picked up the car, Mr.Jamie took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the car. A few days after, he called to see if we were happy with the car and to remind us about the insurance ( I really appreciate this). Overall it was a great car buying experience!
