Matt and Alec were very helpful with my Ford Escape Plug in Hybrid. Alec spent a great deal of time introducing me to the car and all the new features of a hybrid. There were a lot of challenges in getting my car from Ford due to supply chain problems but Ford and Matt kept me apprised of the progress. I understand that my plug in hybrid may be one of the first for Lake Ford and so there was a learning element for all of us. Thanks to Lake Ford, I LOVE my Escape and have had more fun driving it than any other car I have owned. (I'm 64!) More
