We apologize if the process of title and registration, which also includes the application for new plates, was not clearly explained to you. We understand that you have brought this issue to our attention and while we were willing to investigate, we regret that the manner in which it was raised was disrespectful toward our staff. While we understand that mistakes may have been made, such as a $151 error, we ask that all interactions with our team members be respectful and professional. Unfortunately, due to the disrespectful manner in which this issue was brought up, we were unable to resolve it to your satisfaction.
