Was very happy with how fast they were able to service the car. Was not very happy that when was told the total, she left off tax. Also we weren’t given notice upfront that if we paid by credit card there the car. Was not very happy that when was told the total, she left off tax. Also we weren’t given notice upfront that if we paid by credit card there would be an additional charge. This should been explained when we were told the price before we picked up; not everyone carries checks on them. Also felt she was not very clear on explaining what was wrong and the confidence if the issue would be resolved. More

Positives- Aleiah was professional, friendly and efficient Able to schedule same day Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Negatives- Took much longer than I expected. Salesperson c efficient Able to schedule same day Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Negatives- Took much longer than I expected. Salesperson came in 3 times looking for people who wanted to "trade in" their vehicles when we were clearly there for service...made me feel awkward. Overall satisfied and would mostly return when needed. Thank you. More
