I was way over charged for an assessment for a repair that I told them existed. Rear hatchback door shocks. After 2 hours I was contacted and informed the door shocks needed to be replaced to keep the do that I told them existed. Rear hatchback door shocks. After 2 hours I was contacted and informed the door shocks needed to be replaced to keep the door open. (Knew that and wanted to know how much to replace the old door shocks) They informed me it would cost over $500.00 to repair both small door shocks. The worst part is I was charged $90.00 for the evaluation. (I knew what the problem was and didn’t need to be charged for that. I will NOT be returning to Nissan for repairs. More

I booked my appoinment for normal maintenance at 8:30 am. At 11:00 I asked whats going on, and the agent said I just got your paperwork and they recommend a engine filter and cabin filter change. I asked if it could be done right away because I needed to be at work. She said yes, 20 minutes Again I went to ask where my car was and was told I just received the paperwork. 3.5 hours sitting and waiting for my car. Do not book me at a time that you cannot accomodate me. That is bad customer service and no respect of time for your customers. When someone books an appointment, especially first thing in the am, you should have the personnel to do the job, or maybe the problem is with the clerk who sat on my paper work until I approached twice. I dont have time to sit and wait. Truthfully, I hesitated in buying at Jim Falk because of their customer service. There are other dealerships who do a much better job and dont leave you so frustrated every time I have to walk in those doors. More
