Rivera Toyota, and Alejandra Arboleda in particular, was fantastic in helping me to lease a new vehicle despite the fact that we were in the midst of the Coronavirus lockdown. They were incredibly responsive despite working reduced and modified hours, offered a great deal on a new RAV4 Hybrid, enabled me to safely come in by appointment to safely complete paperwork and pick up the vehicle, and followed up immediately afterwards. I will absolutely turn to Rivera Toyota and Alejandra for my next lease in several years! More

My new 2019 RAV4 hybrid AWD from Rivera Toyota . I was looking for a hybrid AWD crossover/compact SUV. Initially, I was leaning towards the 2019 Lexus UX hybrid AWD. I am glad that I kept an open I was looking for a hybrid AWD crossover/compact SUV. Initially, I was leaning towards the 2019 Lexus UX hybrid AWD. I am glad that I kept an open mind and decided to check out the 2019 RAV4 hybrid AWD at Rivera Toyota of Mount Kisco. I am very satisfied with Alejandro Arboleda’s excellent and personable service. She was patient, listened to what I am looking for and took her time to explain to me the options available to me. I did not feel pressured or rushed while I was still undecided whether I was going to get the Lexus UX or Toyota RAV4. Later, I also met with the Liam Tully, General Sakes Manager whom I feel is a fair negotiator. On the day I had scheduled to pick up my car, Alejandro came in on her off day to facilitate the process. It was most reassuring to get that continuity of care from her. Overall, I am very happy with the customer service and care I get from the sales department. More
