At first I honestly thought that they just wanted to sell another vehicle, however, what she and the general manager proposed… Was an offer that I could not pass up. She ordered me a brand new 2023 RAV4 hybrid XSE. I was given an incredible trade in value for my old vehicle. Throughout the entire transaction… I sensed a great deal of honesty from her and the rest of the staff… I am now driving a beautiful, brand, new vehicle with many upgrades.
