Excellent service during the sales process. Vehicle (used) was delivered clean and impeccable for the age and mileage. Staff was friendly easy to work with and professional. The only negative was the vehicle was claimed to have gone through a multi-point inspection prior to listing and within 10 miles of leaving the lot I discovered some of the speakers were blown and the tire pressure sensors went off indicating the dealership likely dismissed the warning during the intake process and never replaced them. Robel gave us his business card & told him we were still shopping. Seen 5 other dealership after talking with Robel at Findlay Nissan. Two days later, i & my husband went back to Findlay Nissan to see what Robel could offer us. Robel & his boss were nice & easy to deal with. Robel gave us the numbers we would like to see. Very good APR compare to the other dealership I & my husband went to. We went home with the Ariya. We'd definitely recommend Robel & Findlay Nissan to our family & friends. Thank you again Robel for the easy & smooth transaction. PS: Alejandro at the accounting department is also one of the best. We couldn't thank him enough for educating us on batteries & chargers.
