I've had a few problems but they were resolved sometimes not to my liking at 100% which i would have been much happier with. I just purchased a 2025 Nissan Kicks which of course will be serviced by Nissan. My 3rd Nissan since 2006. I feel that sometimes the mechanics can pay a little more attention to what they're working on because I know 1 of my mishaps could have been totally avoided. All in all I keep coming back for the people and service because as we all know, sometimes things happen but I'm very disappointed lately. More

Very helpful Only complaint is that while financing my vehicle, no one brought up extended warranty or gap coverage. I don’t know how I forgot to bring it up, but it would seem the company would really tr vehicle, no one brought up extended warranty or gap coverage.
