My experience at Findlay Nissan Henderson was outstanding! I would especially like to recognize sales employee Alex M. who went above and beyond with his customer service. After not finding a car outstanding! I would especially like to recognize sales employee Alex M. who went above and beyond with his customer service. After not finding a car that suited my daughter over the weekend, he contacted us personally about a new car that just became available Monday morning before it hit the internet for sale. He knew the criteria we were looking for with this car and knew it was the one for my daughter and it was, so we bought it. My husband and I wanted to surprise our daughter with this car and was bummed that this dealership did not have a big bow to put on it when we returned with her. Alex said he would try his best and find a bow. Boy, did he deliver! Alex put in extra effort and borrowed a big bow from another dealership to place it on top of her car! He also played along with our surprise. He did not have to do that but went the extra step to make this special for our daughter. Her reaction was priceless! This showed us that not only is he a valuable employee, but a great person as well! Findlay Nissan is lucky to have Alex as a sales representative. I highly recommend Findlay Nissan to anyone looking to buy a car. I also did a google review but my experience was so positive, I have to post it here too! More
