I call in the AM and tell Alejandro I was coming down with my wife to buy an F350 and that we had to leave by 430 in order to pick up our daughter at daycare. I live an hour away from the dealership and with my wife to buy an F350 and that we had to leave by 430 in order to pick up our daughter at daycare. I live an hour away from the dealership and our schedules aren't that flexible. En route, I call and speak with Bill to make sure he is aware I'm coming down, since I never got the call back from Alejandro I was expecting. I get there, the bed is all tore up and the cloth chairs are stained significantly, which caught me by surprise because they didn't show or mention it in the listing. But I drove it anyways and still wanted to buy it. Then we get down to business and they offer me almost three grand less than CarMax for my 2022 Hyundai Tucson, which looks brand spanking new, and they also raise the price of the truck one thousand dollars. I'm not making this up people. Of course I ain't having it, so they match the Carmax and bring the price back down to what it was listed for. Still not good enough because I was misled by the pictures, so they drop the price a little more. Now we have a deal and it's time for financing. It's taking forever and I've already been here three hours. They get back to me and tell me my wife has to cosign with me , so we're beyond pissed at this point, but we just want to get the deal done so we go ahead and do that. Little did they know, I was already qualified by other banks (USAA, Chase, etc.) Still...that wasn't good enough. Because of a discrepancy on our credit report, which no other lender brought up and which we cleared up on the spot before we even left the dealership. Yet, they kept asking for more evidence that the debt was paid. I'm a disabled vet and my wife is a hotshot nurse, we don't have time for all this nonsense. They shouldn't have wasted our time like that. It shouldn't have taken nearly 4 hours for them to turn us down. We left that dealership after 430 and were pissed! I gave them till the next day to get their finance together and they were still asking for things I already gave them, they just weren't reading what I gave them. In the end, I feel like they could have made something happen, but they wanted to get their money back from me that I negotiated down. So because of their selfish actions and lack of integrity, what happened happened and I am stuck without a truck writing this crappy review. I'll buy my truck somewhere else thank you. I'd give you guys 0 stars if I could since you were of 0 help. More
