Saw a listing for car online for price of $8,890. I said my highest price was $9,500 as maximum. The told me they priced the car wrong and wanted it for $11,200. They baited and switch. Bought a certified 2018 Audi S4 from out of state and the process was poor from the start. While very friendly, the communication was poor, and the out-of-state buying process was stressful and time consumin process was poor from the start. They said they were going to repair the road rash on the wheels for me, and to my surprise when the car arrived at my house, the road rash wasn't even touched. Even worse, they forgot to send the paperwork back with the car, so I couldn't get my out of state inspection done and get the car registered to actually drive on the road until a week after the car arrived. So although very friendly, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and unkept promises, especially considering when you're buying a car at the level of an S4. More
