Worst car buying experience ever. Bought my TT from out of state. There was a complete lack of communication on their part. I was told not asked if my car could be delivered on Memorial Day. The driver got out of my car upon delivery swearing and wearing shorts that were were so low they exposed his xxxxxxxxx. Glad that was on my new car seats. Been two weeks since then and no one from the dealership has called at all to see how the car was. If Des Moines would have been the first Audi dealership I had ever visited, I would have never purchased an Audi EVER! But, luckily I have bought others in the past with exceptional service from others. Oh, and the car runs like a dream! Thank you Audi! More

After my car broke down on the interstate and it was towed after hours to Audi, I had correspondence first thing the next morning. Katie was super helpful. Decided to get a new one since too much in repairs. Very disappointed that I only got $200 on trade-in. Know after Audi repairs it, they will sell it for way more than the repairs cost.
