Picking up vehicle Salesperson who we had an appointment with was busy showing a car to potential buyer. We stood around sales room as no place to sit was offered. Vehicle had 6000 miles on it and in great shape. However only one key fob as misplaced the other one even though it had been 9 days since we had purchased the car. Also no cargo cover as it had been misplaced. To this date (17 days after purchase) we have neither of these items. Salesperson was personable and very knowledgeable about the car. We have purchased 7 Audi’s and currently have two. This was worst experience we have had. Hard to believe we spent over $50,000 and financed though Audi and still don’t have all the equipment we paid for. Makes us wonder if being out of state clients and purchasing used vs new vehicle made a difference in the quality of service. More
