Although they didn't have exactly what we wanted on the lot at the time, they did a search and got us as close as we could have expected. And we really appreciated the fact that we didn't have to haggle over price - what they quoted us was very competitive and furthermore, they were able to extend what they offered on the car they had on their lot (similar trim/options) with the one they traded in. The car was on the lot two days later and we signed paperwork and drove off in the beautiful new car! Brent was very easy to work with - not high pressure but still detailed and knew exactly what we were wanting (right down to the wood inlays I'd mentioned in our first conversation). Brad and the team at Audi Des Moines were by far the best I’ve worked with so far, and none of the others were bad by any means. The pricing negotiation was straight forward with no BS and no surprises when I got to the dealership. I live three hours away and was a bit nervous given the time I had to spend driving to sign the papers and get the car. You never know when sudden extra fees will be added or terms changed. This was not the case and I would not hesitate to do so again. Before getting the A4 I test drove a BMW M340 and was disappointed at the performance as I perceived it, the features, the value, and the dealership experience. If you are considering a Mercedes or BMW I would suggest getting in touch with Brad and looking at the A4 first. More
