Its general manager, Mr. Mik Puente Hills Hyundai Superstore is the most trustful and responsible car dealer I have ever dealed with in my whole life. Its general manager, Mr. Mike Lee, is really a very respectful and responsible person. When my wife and I went to shop for an EV about one month ago, we were attracted by the lifetime warranty of electric battery and decided to purchase 2020 Kona EV right away. However, after we drove our 2020 Kona EV back home, we found its electric battery's warranty was not the lifetime warranty. Mr. Mike Lee found they wrongly thought 2020 model had the same lifetime warranty as 2019 as model. He right away took full responsibility for this mistake and did his best to correct this mistake. We do very appreciate his effort and attitude to correct this mistake. We also very satisfied with the deal he offered to settle for this issue. Now we have a red 2019 Hyundai Kona Limited EV with lifetime warranty for electric battery. More
