I have had an absolutely amazing experience overall during my car buying experience with Lokey VW. Alessio was waiting for me in front of the dealership upon arrival. He listened to all of my wants, needs and concerns. He was very straight forward about pricing and what would be included. Even with all of the changes I continued to make during the process, he was very patient and helpful. We shared that we both had children and that I was a single parent, trying to make the best financial decision possible. I can’t thank him and the dealership enough, they made sure to include my daughter in the process as well and keep her entertained while I made my decisions.
