Alex Carannante was extremely helpful from the second I arrived at Lokey VW. He took his time with me and answered all questions I had about changing my lease out. He went through the entire process from start to finish to make sure I was fully informed and had peace of mind. After going through financing with Corinna Baker (also ask for her!) Alex sat with me inside of my new vehicle to go over each button, feature and specs. I never felt rushed nor pushed into a vehicle. Alex’s knowledge for VW is something all should have.
