Last week I had the pleasure of working primarily with Alex. He showed me a car that was in such great condition and honestly a perfect fit for me. I also had the pleasure of working with Brent (i believe is his name) in the finance department and he made the paperwork so quick and smooth and was super helpful as well! Thankful to be treated respectfully and not pressured. Justen Lambert was very quick to respond to my online request for more information on the van we were interested in. That is the extent we worked with him, but no complaints. We drove over 1.5 hours to check out a van we saw online. When we made our appointment, Alex was very friendly on the phone, and just as personable when we met him. He did not talk condescendingly towards me and he respected me without trying to push my boundaries or trying to convince me to spend more money than I wanted to spend. He was kind to my 4 year old over the 5 hours we spent at the dealership test driving, negotiating, and deciding that day. I felt confident in buying a vehicle from Alex and he went the extra mile in making sure we were taken care of. Thanks! Karen was kind and patient, and very personable. She helped explain things very clearly! And I wish I could remember the lady at the front welcome desk because she was there at the end of the day. She helped us find the rooftop playground and made sure my son had a snack to take home for our long drive! :) More
