Alex was a pleasure to deal with. He was very well informed about the car in which we were interested. He listened to the queststions we had and provided thoughtful, insightful answers. He understood informed about the car in which we were interested. He listened to the queststions we had and provided thoughtful, insightful answers. He understood what was important to us and made the effort to accomodate our needs. He followed up when follow up was needed and every commitment that he made throughout the process was met. Furthermore, even after we had taken delivery of our new car, Alex went out of his way to make sure that we were happy and that any loose ends (accessory installation) were taken care of to our satisfaction. We never felt pressured throughout the buying process, and would definately work with Alex again in the future. More
