He was most helpful asking questions on my wants and needs and answering my many questions. I found him to be knowledgeable, pleasant, polite and most important ...not pushy or aggressive. He actually showed me 3 vehicles and explained the differences in the different models. I wasn’t rushed and felt comfortable through out the visit. Awesome car, awesome deal! We were just shopping around trying all the different suvs out there as my Pilot was getting older. After test driving quite a few different brands we We were just shopping around trying all the different suvs out there as my Pilot was getting older. After test driving quite a few different brands we came back to Honda. We didn't need a seven passenger any longer as the kids are growing and were delighted with the passport! it is by far the best SUV value out there! The deal was made fast and easy, I love that it didn’t take all day. They even held it while we went on vacation!
