I visited Colonial Honda on a Friday afternoon interested in a Honda CRV. I was greeted immediately and was introduced to Alex. He was most helpful asking questions on my wants and needs and answering my many questions. I found him to be knowledgeable, pleasant, polite and most important ...not pushy or aggressive. He actually showed me 3 vehicles and explained the differences in the different models. I wasn’t rushed and felt comfortable through out the visit. Awesome car, awesome deal! We were just shopping around trying all the different suvs out there as my Pilot was getting older. After test driving quite a few different brands we We were just shopping around trying all the different suvs out there as my Pilot was getting older. After test driving quite a few different brands we came back to Honda. We didn't need a seven passenger any longer as the kids are growing and were delighted with the passport! it is by far the best SUV value out there! The deal was made fast and easy, I love that it didn’t take all day. They even held it while we went on vacation! We came home to a perfectly clean and detailed vehicle, it was almost better than the vacation! Thanks colonial! More

Andrew was prompt, clear, and specific with all info. We drove from Rhode Island and met Alex Alves at the door with our car right out front. Alex was delightful and prepared with all documents. He was easy to talk into and attentive. Alex was very good at instructing us on the new features of our 2019 Honda (a lot had changed in 23 years.) His colleagues worked efficiently and carefully at detailing our new car and making sure that we didn’t leave anything behind in our old car. Alex stayed past closing time to see us off and while we were meeting with Manuel Ramos to do paperwork (Manuel is efficient and well organized) Alex took extra effort to clean our license plates and put them in a new bracket. We recommend Colonial Honda and the people above mentioned without reservations. More
