Andrew was prompt, clear, and specific with all info. We drove from Rhode Island and met Alex Alves at the door with our car right out front. Alex was delightful and prepared with all documents. He was easy to talk into and attentive. Alex was very good at instructing us on the new features of our 2019 Honda (a lot had changed in 23 years.) His colleagues worked efficiently and carefully at detailing our new car and making sure that we didn’t leave anything behind in our old car. Alex stayed past closing time to see us off and while we were meeting with Manuel Ramos to do paperwork (Manuel is efficient and well organized) Alex took extra effort to clean our license plates and put them in a new bracket. We recommend Colonial Honda and the people above mentioned without reservations. More

The harsh reality is that we were not able to financially justify making a purchase. He did everything within his power to make it work. Though we are not in a position now, I would highly recommend him to any friends interested in buying a new Honda at Colonial.. Many thanks, Jeff & Cyndi Burns More

Alex made the experience relaxed and very comfortable. He is very familiar with the Honda lineup, both new and used. We originally were looking for a late model used car, but were allowed to take our time to explore new cars as well. Both Alex and the dealership let us take our time to arrive ar the best choice for us. Even a couple of months after the purchase, Alex reaches out to us to see if we have any questions about the car. It's full of features! Could not be happier with the sales experience and the new Insight! More

We needed a larger vehicle and were interested in purchasing a certified used Odyssey van. Alex was extremely helpful and listened to all of our needs and requests. He was not pushy and worked very hard on our behalf to get us into a van at a price that worked for our family. There were some issues with the registration, as it was an out of state registration, and Alex and Miguel worked diligently to move the process along as quickly as possible. Alex communicated daily with updates and we were provided all weather mats for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone seeking to buy a car at Dartmouth Honda. More

My vehicle was not ready for a test drive and there were no sales people available for me, even though I made an appt. the day before. Colonial was the complete opposite. I called and spoke to Andrew, Internet Sales, and told him I would like to come down for a visit. Even though I only gave him about 30 minutes to prepare for me, he set me up immediately with my salesman, Alex. The vehicle I wanted to look at was pulled up front within the first 5 minutes of arriving. The test drive went great with Alex being very knowledgeable about the Honda Odyssey and Honda in general. He was not in the least bit pushy about anything and I actually asked him to look at 3 different vehicles so that I could see the colors and interiors and not just in a pamphlet. He had no problem bringing the vehicles to the dealership from another satellite lot down the street. I ended up getting a good price on the new vehicle as well as a fair price on my trade-in. The negotiation was very easy and effortless. Alex has contacted me at least 4 times since my purchase to see if I had any questions and to just see how things are going with the new vehicle. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Colonial Honda and especially from Alex. Mike C. East Bridgewater, Ma More
