I want to acknowledge that the sales person who helped my daughter purchase her car did an excellent job. Unfortunately, the experience with Alex Arellano , who was responsible for handling the DMV paperw my daughter purchase her car did an excellent job. Unfortunately, the experience with Alex Arellano , who was responsible for handling the DMV paperwork, was very disappointing. My daughter wanted personalized license plates, but Alex decided to no request them because, according to him, it would mean extra work if the plates were unavailable and he had to contact the DMV and them follow up with her. Instead of communicating with my daughter and letting her make decision, he simply ordered standard plates without letting her. My daughter only discovered what had happened when the plates arrived almost a long later. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing because a decision that should have been hers was made without her knowledge or consent. Customer trust a dealership to handle the paperwork professionally and to respect their request. If there was an issue with availability or additional paperwork, Alex should have communicated that to my daughter rather that making the decision or her behalf. This situation was handled by Alex Arellano was unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issues so other costumers do not have the same experience. More
