Horrible customer service I have been a customer for years at hassett were i have leased 4 cars to date and my lease on my lincoln comes do in september. I have called john descul repeatedly on the process of renewal without any response back..I think its appalling after having such customer loyalty in the past to be treated with such disdain. I have been on disability for some time now and just requested some help in the renewal process. Very sad for such a lack of support!!!! More

Buying a car should leave you feeling victimized! Our salesman was abusive, controlling, and nasty. He had to pick up the sale mid deal as my original saleswoman was on a leave of absence, and I thin Our salesman was abusive, controlling, and nasty. He had to pick up the sale mid deal as my original saleswoman was on a leave of absence, and I think that made him less interested. He insisted that after the car was delivered, because the dealership was too busy the day of delivery, we must come back and listen to his additional sales pitch. He did not fax over my window sticker and bill of sale to my insurance company as promised, simply out of spite. Nor did he provide the window sticker to me so I could send to insurance! Even 3 months later, when asked for the fax confirmation, he hung up on me! I have bought 3 Outbacks and took my sister to buy her first Subaru at Hassett. Not to mention 9 years of using their service department for all the service requirements. Due to this miserable experience, I will not return! More

Do not waste your time I made an appointment in person three weeks in advance with Alex for a service call and dropped off the vehicle the night before the scheduled appoint I made an appointment in person three weeks in advance with Alex for a service call and dropped off the vehicle the night before the scheduled appointment. The dealer I purchased the vehicle from has since closed. This is my third new Ford vehicle in the past 7 years. At drop off I stated I would call in the morning for an assessment and Rob suggested I call at 11:00 am to give them time. I called at noon and was told the car was not in yet, but would be in after lunch. I called back @ 4:30 in the afternoon and my car was still sitting on the lot waiting to be serviced. I then asked why would they make an appointmnet well in advance but not be able to begin working on my car that day. I thought that was a reasonable expectation to have, especially since I dropped it off the night before. I received a curt response that they were busy with "inspections and brake jobs" from Rob who volunteered that his manager would tell me the same; so I then asked to speak with the service manager which I had to leave a voice mail. Needless to say I decided to end this aggravation now and save myslef what was sure to be additional aggravation and picked up my vehicle and made an appointment with another dealership. If you value your time and relationships, you might want to try one of the many other Ford dealerships on Long Island. One last note..I obviously never did receive a call back from the service manager which only reinforces I made the right decision to pick up my vehivcle. More

Love Hassett. Bought my first Ford Fusion at another dealer but after the first few services started to bring my car to Hassett. Alex in service is wonderful. When I told him I wanted another car he go dealer but after the first few services started to bring my car to Hassett. Alex in service is wonderful. When I told him I wanted another car he got me a trade in immediately and introduced me to John Fanuzzi who is an honest and great salesman. Danny in Finance makes the day with his personality. All around a great dealer with very good service. More

We have been dealing with Hassett Lincoln for over 15 years. For the past 6 years we have been dealing with John Fanuzzi and he has made our experience at Hassett first class and the reason we return. H years. He is positive and listens to your needs. When it comes to needing service on the car John will help with making sure that the service goes well from beginning to end. Recently we dealt with Alex in the Service Dept. who was very good. The car was repaired in the time promised. Thank you John for great service! More
