Alex entered the automotive business in 1995 and has been with Koons since March 1997. The work he does at Koons Arlington Toyota is one of the most gratifying jobs he as ever had. He gets to work with his clients to help them get a new car and he uses his resources to help them stay within their budget. That's Gratifying ! The things he loves to do most when not at work are cooking, working out, and traveling. Also, spending time with his niece, nephew's, cousins and friends top the list of leisure time activities. Alex is fluent in Arabic and French.

Mr. Fink picked me up at the Metro Station and from that Mr. Fink picked me up at the Metro Station and from that first greeting he was very pleasant. On the way to the dearlership he explained a lot to me. When we went to see the actual vehicles he was very patient and explained every detail and made sure I understood. I felt comfortable test driving the vehicles. Mr. Belhadi explained all my options, in terms of financing, very well. He did not give me a sense of false hope, but was very practical and professional and made every effort to make it possible for me to access this vehicle. I am very grateful to him and must say Kooons should be very proud for having such a professional who treats customers as a person and understand very well each indivudal need and limitations and thus could guide each customer accordingly. He has that humane quality!! I was not treated like just another number. I felt welcomed. More

This was my first car buying experience and I must say it was quite overwhelming. . . until I met Steve. I should have immediately come to Koon's when I started looking for a car. I came in after work, p was quite overwhelming. . . until I met Steve. I should have immediately come to Koon's when I started looking for a car. I came in after work, pretty late to test drive my Honda Accord and Steve was there waiting for me outside when I showed up with the car all set to drive. He was very informative, but what I loved was how personable he was. Trying to decide on a car is stressful within itself, but I didn't want to have to deal with a pushy cars salesman to add on top of that. . and I didn't have to. I felt like Steve was a friend helping me pick what was best for me. I left that night feeling like the decision was completely mine and that I wasn't pushed into anything I didn't want to do. That following morning, I decided to purchase the car. I again was very nervous, due to it being my first time buying a car, but again Steve helped me stay calm and made everything a breeze. He even took the time to come to Downtown DC, to my office to sign some papers so that we could hold the car for me until I got in that evening after work. At the dealership I was treated like a queen. I was quite satisfied with the service but as soon as I met Alex Belhadi I became even more blown away. Not just service oriented but he was great to talk with and he completely calmed my nerves. By this point, I just signed papers while laughing over great conversation. It was a great ending to a very long day. I was able to leave with friendships, laughs and pictures! I really appreciated the service that was given to me. I've been to a few different dealerships and I must say that Koon's Arlington Toyota had the best vibe and personality as well as service. I would definitely recommend you guys to my friends and family. More

The friendliness of the staff was amazing. I had been shopping around all day for a 4 runner we made an offer to the Chantilly, VA location and they were not willing to work with us on price, after the s shopping around all day for a 4 runner we made an offer to the Chantilly, VA location and they were not willing to work with us on price, after the sales lady I was working with at the Chantilly location insulated me I called over to the Arlington location and was put in touch with Walter. He was absolutely amazing and very helpful. We were able to come to a deal over the phone. When I arrived at the store they had the car I wanted being cleaned and we were able to get in and out of there pretty fast. Alex,Director of Finance was very helpful and was able to explain everything and work with us. I had an amazing experience with Koons Arlington. I will definitely recommend them to EVERYONE!!! More

I rarely enjoy purchasing an automobile. In this case I was interested in what was not so readily available -- a Tacoma with a standard 6' bed, 4wd, 4 cylinders with a manual transmission in a SR5 series. was interested in what was not so readily available -- a Tacoma with a standard 6' bed, 4wd, 4 cylinders with a manual transmission in a SR5 series. It seems many/most of the trucks come with automatic transmissions. Anyway, Mr. Canales worked hard to find one, bring it to the dealership and offer me a fairly good price for it. Mr. Canales keep in touch, without being over-bearing, and tried to make sure I was comfortable with the truck he could find and at a price that seemed fair. After making the initial deal with Mr. Canales, my wife and I was then brought to Mr Belhadi to work out the details. This was also a much more pleasant experience than I have normally gone through. By the end of all of the explanations and signings both my wife and I were pleased with the entire deal and drove home to Southern Maryland were we live. I should point out I tried to get another Toyota dealer to match the deal that Koons had offered, but they would not do so in a good faith manner. That is another story, but germane as to why I returned to Koons to purchase this truck. More

The dealership was great they worked with me and were patient while I was making my decision. I had many questions and I never felt as if the questions were stupid or out of line. As with many dealerships they start out high. They will make deals, but you have to have done your homework. Know what they car is worth, know what the car is selling for in the area and be prepared to wa make deals, but you have to have done your homework. Know what they car is worth, know what the car is selling for in the area and be prepared to walk away. If you know and all that, you will be prepared to get a great deal from them. After you accept the deal, the best is truly yet to come. The finance team is great to work with. They work overtime to get you the best financial package available. More

I bought a pre-owned Rav 4 in February and obtained a loan through a 3rd party. It is now July and the third party has not received the title from Toyota, therefore the interest rate on the loan is going loan through a 3rd party. It is now July and the third party has not received the title from Toyota, therefore the interest rate on the loan is going up tremendously. I've called Koons 3 times and spoken with the manager every time. Each time I've been assured that the title was sent. It was not and now the time is up. This whole experience has been a NIGHTMARE. Additionally, after I took ownership of the car, a part fell out and the service to replace it was really slow. There was a mark on the dashboard that Koons said they would clean up and never did. In short, the saleman are lazy and dishonest and the service horrendous in every possible way. Avoid this place at all costs. I am now searching the web to post at every available site with reviews to make sure no one else goes here. It was that bad. More
