I was so excited to see the red bow on my truck as soon as I pulled up! Was familiar with delmarva and koons reputation as big dealer in the area, and this experience would bring me back (Although I plan to drive this bad tacoma for a long time!) Alladin, one of the sales managers, was fair and honest about what he could do for us and even went out of our sales rep, was friendly and helpful. Alan and Oscar both dropped off the car at our home because it had to be driven from another dealer. Ty Yamani was a disaster: rude, arrogant, impatient, aggressive and he gave me false information about pricing. After ten minutes of trying to deal with him, my wife and I gave up in disgust and walked aggressive and he gave me false information about pricing. After ten minutes of trying to deal with him, my wife and I gave up in disgust and walked out. In the parking lot, Alladdin Laarissi chased after us and persuaded us to come back into the dealerhsip. From then on, our experience got a lot better. We found Alladin to be very professional and courteous. I apologized - rightly, as we were owed an apology - for Ty Yamani's behavior. Once we were introduced to Alan Soon, ur buying experience was much more positive. Alan was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. He went out of his way to make our buying experience as pleasant as possible, explained several fatures of the carto us, guided us through the process of setting up Bluetooth to connect to my smart phone. Alan even went out of his way to meet me near my home to fit the tags to my car, ahen they arrived two weeks after the purchase. This saved me a return trip to the dealership. Alan's behavior exhibited exceptional customer service. Alex Belhadi was also very professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. he explained the financial aspects of the transaction to us in clear terms and made the process of completing the voluminous paperwork as painless as possible. More
