From the initial phone call, to follow up texts, to incredible and extraordinary personable service, Subaru of Pembroke Pines is le and every time!!! From the initial phone call, to follow up texts, to incredible and extraordinary personable service, Subaru of Pembroke Pines is leading by example. We were blessed to work with Bryan Medina and Alex Caballeros to find the perfect vehicle, trim, and colour, and they worked diligently to get it into my price range. The test drive in the pouring rain was outstanding, as Alex showcased all the features of the vehicle in the perfect conditions to show them off. I was able to trade my old car in for a very competitive price and get a stellar financing deal with Leah. She was also very helpful in providing additional coverage to protect my new investment. Jason Alexander was able to find me car insurance with outstanding cost savings, but not sacrificing quality, which is what this dealership seems to be all about. Staff were all very conscientious about wearing masks and adhering to COVID-19 safety protocols during the entire experience. I am pleasantly surprised beyond all my expectations with my experience here, and if I am ever in the market for a Subaru again, I will definitely be choosing Subaru of Pembroke Pines More
