From day one he made the process simple and accommodated my busy schedule by getting me a great deal and kept in touch with me during the process..I sent him exactly what I wanted and all the options I added.. He took care of everything, personally making sure it was exactly what I was hoping for. He was knowledgeable about the brand and each model thus ultimately helping me decide that based on where I wanted my payments to be the Crosstrek was my best option. I couldn’t be happier with my lease,, my salesman and the finance department who made the paperwork painless. Alex is good at what he does and I feel he truly likes what he does. Sloppy Salesman couldn’t find cars, didn’t know what cars were in stock. Incorrect years on test drives. Endless delays. Car was dirty when I purchased it. When I finally finished every thing he brought out the wrong keys and tried to explain that the valet key only opened the glove box before he checked the key numbers and went and exchanged for the proper keys to my car. Poor service but they were the only dealer in the area that had a stick crosstrek so I was stuck. More
