The Sales person Alex Castro was great and he never lied to me when I questioned the cost of the paint protector and glass protection options I did not request and which together cost an additional $3000. Y to me when I questioned the cost of the paint protector and glass protection options I did not request and which together cost an additional $3000. Yes I did get $750 off but these options are clearly not worth the money. Now after dealing with the salesperson I had to meet with the Ginance person. This was the most unpleasant part of the process. After having to pay $2250 in options I didn’t request I had to deal with the Finance person’s high pressure tactics to get me to pay another $2850 for expanded warranty coverage. I did not like this and almost called off the deal because of the Finance person. If he tried one more time to get me to pay more money I was going to leave the showroom. You need to stop that pressure on the customer. In my case Highland Park Lexus is closer to my home and I could have easily gone there for my car. More

My first experience with service was poor. The man was condescending and gave me incorrect advice about the electric start. He first asked if someone showed me how to do this. The service performed was fine. However, when I arrived at the dealership, it took a while to get someone to get the keys to my car. No one brought my car to me. I saw it in the lot and went to it myself, at the dealership, it took a while to get someone to get the keys to my car. No one brought my car to me. I saw it in the lot and went to it myself, which I thought was odd. The inside of the car on the driver's side was very dirty (the inside door and floormat) which shocked me. So far my overall experience with the Lexus dealership has been quite disappointing, especially considering how expensive their product is. More
