I truly feel like this was a chance for Lexus of Arlington to unload a cheap car but not properly educating the consumer. I've owned Acura's in the past. When you pay more for a luxury vehicle, you expect more. This car has a poor sound system, no moonroof, no garage door opener, no navigation, and smells poorly. In addition, it broke down on the 2nd day of ownership. I was stranded in a parking lot for 1.5 hours. Turns out once service arrived, it was a loose battery cable. If this vehicle actually went through a 100+ point inspection for it to be considered certified, this wouldn't have happened. Bottom line, I paid a Lexus price for a middle of the line Toyota. I expected more from Lexus.
